Skopje Ice Festival 2016 kicks off friday

The hockey season in Macedonia starts traditionally with the Skopje Ice Festival tournament.

This year four teams will compete from december 9-11: Spartak Subotica from Serbia, Slavija Ljubljana from Slovenia (tournament winner 2015), Slavia Sofia from Bulgaria and host Metalurg Skopje.

The games will be played in the newly re-named VIP Ice Arena at the Sports Center Boris Trajkovski in Skopje.
