The host of the tournament Skopje Ice Festival 2017, HK Metalurg Skopje, was the victorious team of the event. With three wins and 22 versus 7 goals the Pirates took once again the trophy.
Second placed team was the winner of the 2016 edition, Slavija Ljubljana.
Slavia Sofia took the third place, Spartak Subotica was fourth overall.
As MVP and top scorer of the event was crowned Denis Sadikovic, who made his debut for Metalurg. The best goalie award was handed to Vlade Ilievski of Metalurg Skopje.
